Two men and a woman were arrested after stealing cellphones from a car in Agra Street West, Laudium, police spokesperson Sergeant Simon Chokoe said on Tuesday.
According to reports, the victim was washing his vehicle outside his home when he was approached by four suspects known to him. “They stole the cellphones from the vehicle and ran away.”
Investigation led to the arrest of three suspects aged between 25 and 42 years.
They appeared in the Atteridgeville Magistrate court.
