On Wednesday, May 26, police spotted a man in Mustard Street, Laudium, who was suspected to be involved in drug dealing. A search of the handbag he was carrying, resulted in the seizure of 203 transparent packets containing nyaope.
The 34-year-old man was immediately arrested for dealing in drugs.
Seargent Simon Chokoe said, “Police will continue to leave no stone unturned to ensure that our communities are and feel safe.”
The suspect appeared in the Atteridgeville Magistrate court.
