Judge Jody Kollapen was today officially sworn in as a judge of the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg.
The ceremony was conducted by the Acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo at Constitutional Hill.
Judge Kollapen was fully attired in the distinctive green and red robes of the apex court.
Although Judge Kollapen’s term was effective from 1 January 2022, the first term of the highest court only gets underway on the 1 February this year.
